Retreat Itenary

Day 1-7

Day 8-14

Day 1 : Arrival and Orientation in Kovalam. Attend an orientation session and briefing about the retreat. Settle in and enjoy a light exploration of the local surroundings.

Day 2 - Day 7 : Each day is designed to balance relaxation, rejuvenation, and cultural immersion:

Daily Routine:

  • 6:30 AM: Morning meditation and yoga session.

  • 8:00 AM: Enjoy an Ayurvedic breakfast.

  • 9:00 AM–12:00 PM: Experience Ayurvedic therapies such as Abhyanga massage or Shirodhara.

  • 1:00 PM: Savor an Ayurvedic lunch customized for your dosha.

  • 3:00 PM: Participate in wellness workshops (e.g., Ayurvedic cooking, mindfulness, or a heritage walk).

  • 5:00 PM: Evening yoga and pranayama session.

  • 7:00 PM: Relish a light Ayurvedic dinner, followed by cultural performances like Kathakali or Carnatic music.

Day 8 : Transfer to the senic hills of Munnar

Check into a nature-inspired resort. Explore the lush tea plantations and visit the Tea Museum. End the day with an evening yoga session surrounded by the misty hills.

Day 9 - Day 13 : Daily Routine:

  • Begin with yoga and meditation overlooking the hills.

  • Embark on nature treks to discover waterfalls and scenic viewpoints.

  • Visit spice gardens and learn about Ayurvedic herbs and their uses.

  • Indulge in leisure activities or relax amidst nature.

Day 14 : Departure Day

Get ready for departure. Farewell yoga session with reflection on past 2 weeks.
